In the dining room, in a hallway, or on a patio--a table should always be the center of attention.
I have worked with many beautiful woods in the past, but none has left such an impression as the Canary I found for this table. The grain patterns, the color variation and the way the light plays are absolutely stunning!
The shape and design of the legs add a nice dimension, and the turn-table in the middle provides some ease-of-use with its Large 60” diameter.

My son Sebastian inspired this design. He is an 8 year-old engineer and always works some bit of utility into everything he builds--whether he's using wood scraps, building blocks, or toilet paper rolls.
With that in mind, I designed a table that is beautiful and functional. In our Northern climate, we put our outdoor furniture into storage for the winter. Why should a person have to choose between a beautiful outdoor table that takes up an entire garage stall OR a cheap, ugly collapsible table that can be stored away?
Sebastian will beautify your outdoor living space while in use and fold-up to a 7" deep profile when not needed.

AFRICAN MOHOGANY top POPLAR (painted) base
This, the original version, has a Mohogany top and is shown 36"W x 72"L.
Notice the color is a lighter, browner tone because this was photographed immediately after completion. After a season in the sun, it will patina to a beautiful, deep red/brown tone.

QUARTER-SAWN WHITE OAK top POPLAR (painted) base
This table is gaining popularity, and I wanted to try it in another species. I think it looks sharp.
Shown in a 32"W x 60"L size.
WHITE OAK
The client wanted a modern looking piece that fit in a western themed living space. I think the shape combined with the two-toned brown achieves this.
I was was exploring some joinery on this piece. No fasteners, just wood.
I sold a version of this table with mahogany top and black legs. It looks very sharp...forgot to photograph...
I couldn't believe the spectacular grain I found in this White Oak.
WHITE OAK, WALNUT acccents
This is a great example of beauty and function fit into some specific space restraints. The client needed a computer desk that fit in a pretty cramped area of the house. We decided to use a small nook in the corner of their room. I measured all the components, and built around them. I allowed for a little extra working space to the left and right of the keyboard. I also build the monitor stand (not permanent) with a drawer and some cubbies for storage.
One large drawer in the center of the desk holds a lot of office supplies.
The woodgrain on this oak is insane!!!!!
POPLAR (painted)
This is a great example of quality on a budget. The design is a simple side table/open cabinet. With minimal materials, minimal detail, but quality joinery, this table should last for years. It can be painted in the future to match future decor.
(There are two of the smaller tables.)
OAK, ZEBRA WOOD panels
This was a wedding gift. The shape of the box is quite traditional, but the Zebra wood adds a fun element.
